Ruth is Founder of CareerMum, Accomplished Fundraising Specialist, International Speaker and Trainer. For the past 15 years, after being Fulbright grantee in the US, she has been working in fundraising management, consulting NGOS and building up fundraising departments. Her passion is empowering women, especially mums and she recently co-founded the balanceUP GmbH to balance entrepreneurship and family in a digital plattform and community.
