A champion of diversity and talent, Fatima Koning has spent 20 years leading sales and marketing teams before founding her own consultancy.
She joined IWG in 2015 as a Sales Director and was rapidly promoted to IWG’s Global Senior Vice President of Sales Transformation Programmes. In 2018, she began her current role as Group Chief Sales Officer.
